Interview
interview was very good. I was very nervous but area manager was really nice person. they provide a good training to new comers. First you go through with experience day and after that you can easily decide that you can work in certain enviornment or not.

Interview
Simple and straightforward. They did a good job of determining if you were a good fit for the fast-paced environment. I had 2 interviews one with the store manager and one with the regional manager.

Interview
The hiring team grouped 30ish people together in order to complete individual interviews within an hour. Being the absolute late person in line, I waited on my feet for an entire hour before I was even spoken to, this stuck with me due to how much Aldi prides itself on associate standards. Once it was my turn, the hiring managers waved me into the office and ushered me to a chair sitting in front of the 3 of them. Without greeting or proper introduction, one of the 3 began reading off the job duties listed on a sheet of paper in front of him….never even looking up to establish eye contact. It was very obvious they were beyond done with the load of interviews they had scheduled for themselves and were rushing my interview. It lasted all of 1 minute. I was told, at the end of his reading, that i should hear something within the next week and that I could leave. Before exiting the room, i asked if i were to receive notice of hire or not by phone or email, of course that’s not covered in his list, I was informed it would be VIA email. I didn’t recieve the job when i have valid credentials, training, and experience to do so. I strongly feel if I would’ve had an equal opportunity during the interview process, the outcome would’ve been different! Fun Fact. They had ZERO announcements, signs, or simple directory for us. We were in a line along the bagging stations, this interfered with customer duties and care. This also opened up for A LOT of stares and confused, worried, or angry looks due to the 30 people staring around the store hoping they’d be called next. The customers began asking the current associates “what are they doing? They look like they are about to be interrogated” i kid you not. The associate laughed it off and said oh they are here for an interview. Each customer after then looked at all of us down the line and began speaking with the associates more. It was embarrassing.
