I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2022
Interview
The manager talked about the benefits, employment contract and salary. Then he started the interview questions, there were 30 minutes of conversation. In the end, I had 5 minutes to take a 10-question test, the questions were about the change you should deliver to the customer. For example, the purchase price was €11.23 and the customer gave you €20.00, what amount should you return to the customer?

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI in Aug 2022
Interview
Was invited to an open group interview with area manager where he asked basic get to know you questions, asked about our general experience and why we wanted to work for ALDI/ what we know about the company. Was then invited to a one to one with the store manager where we had a friendly chat style interview and he asked more about previous work and about availability etc. Had to do a memory test that involved seeing how many fruit/veg numbers i could remember in 5 minutes and then write them down without the sheet. Was then given a list of items with codes and had to find them in the store.
