I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at ALDI
Interview
Filled out an online application followed by some really obvious questions that included some numeracy problems.
Then I was invited to submit a video application which is where I ruined it. I was so sure I was going to have 60 seconds to answer some questions but instead I had 30. Then I was given some rather surprising questions that took me off guard.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Manchester, England) in Aug 2020
Interview
Initial small group interview, then had to book an individual interview with the area manager.
Fairly standards but I think because of a hiring surge they are very busy because the managerwas extremely rude and dismissive, asking intrusive questions that, I think, were quite discriminatory!!
As soon as I entered the room he leaned back, crossed his arms and scowled. Obviously he was fed up with interviews but it was a waste of mine, his and ALDI's time in even bringing me in. Hope it gets flagged with upper management.
