I applied through other source. I interviewed at ALDI (Greenwood, SC) in May 2017
Interview
There was a hiring event on May 22nd from 8am-12pm and 1:30-5:30pm. I saw the advertisement on Indeed. The store remodeled and opened a week before. The guy at the store told everyone that the district and hiring managers wasn't available for the hiring event. Everyone waited in line to turn in their applications. Everyone were asked pre-screening questions and an introduction of ourselves. No one had an interview and it was a waste of time. I was there for around 10 minutes. It didn't make any sense having a hiring event without any managers.
