I applied in-person. I interviewed at ALDI (Rocky Hill, CT) in Jul 2016
Interview
Terrible. I went to one of the hiring events. We were just a group of people standing in line behind the cashiers by the exit waiting to hand their applications to what I think was a manager. It basically just hand in your application, say a couple words, and we'll call by the end of the week. I told the manager that I lived down the street, and she said "I'll make note of it" without even looking at my application and moving on to the next person. Needless to say I didn't get a call back.

Question 1
Have you done any socially acceptable drugs in the past 2 years?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Pinellas Park, FL) in Apr 2016
Interview
I went to a open JOB FAIR in Pinellas Park, FL location and had a on the spot interview in front of a panel of 3 people. Follow-up with a call a few days later from District Manager stating she wanted an interview at a specific store with Store Manager. Ace the 2nd interview and 1 week later offered a job contingent of drug screen which I passed. Poor new hire orientation and my preceptors didn't even understand their jobs and specific roles.
