I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AMD (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Just had a phone interview. They described the sort of work that they were doing and then asked me to describe the projects I worked on. Was relatively casual conversation. Did not get asked many questions.
Relatively easy interviews - one coding round and two technical screenings. Finally, did not go well; recruiting team has concern about coding skill. Majority of the coding questions were simple and toy type. Some of the questions are not quite right. Even if you answer to the liking of the interviewer it does not make sense at all.
