I've been asked straight forward, fair questions, moderate difficulty. Depending on the seniority level - questions may not be deeply technical.
The interviewer was honest, with no misleading questions. Patient and trying to get the knowledge from you, not to feel negative.
Was interviewed by direct manager. The interview was short and to the point about what the expectations were for this position. Was told I got the job and when I could start after the interview was completed.
