Interview
Twice with phone interview in total 4 hours. Then again 3 hours of face to face interview in Veldhoven. Later they couldn't identify what type of candidate they required for this role in the first 4 hours of interview. During face to face interview they suggested that I am not suitable for the role due to lack of theoretical work. Interviews needs to grow up and first read carefully the CV of the selected candidates before considering for the role
Three stage-
First is the HR. A language test. Then two team leader. asking some common interview questions.
At last section manager. He briefly explain the duties of the position.
they also make a phone confirmation a few weeks later.

The interview was scheduled by a third party recruiter: monster. I first had a phone interview with a third party recruiter:monster. The interviewer asked do I have relevant experience in lithography and semiconductor processing. It was an nice interview. No technical question. Then, she told me that I would receive a confirmation if I will have a onsite interview. But then, she said that manager would like to have a phone interview with me. The question is about the project and work experience I did before. The problem is easy and people there is nice.
