I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ASML (Veldhoven)
Interview
Applied via a staffing agency. First round, got two interviews for two different vacancies. I had a follow-up interview on one of those. As a 3rd round, I had an interview with the team.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at ASML (Wilton, CT) in Jan 2019
Interview
Two rounds of phone interviews. One with recruiter and one with a Dutch hiring manager. Hiring manager immediately asked me to come for Onsite interview. Onsite interview was with 11 people 1:1 for 30 minutes each. Interview was badly organized. Some people were late and busy with meetings. It was a mess to follow who is interviewing me and at what time. Everyone was friendly expect one Indo-canadian guy, who was confrontational and bit arrogant. He thought very high of himself and consistently bragged about him and his career during interview. I was laughing from inside looking at the people who work here. I have to also give a 45 min presentation of my past work to a panel of interviewers. Lunch was given and given a short site tour. The interview went overall good, during interview they told me I may fit and looking at my skill-set I can fit in for four different roles in company. I was asked which role I would like to join in. I answered accordingly. I thought I did pretty well. They kept me hanging for months. Now after 4 months I never heard back I am not selected. Let me tell you two years back, I was earlier hired for a role in Veldhoven HQ. I think their Dutch HQ hiring is much more straightforward, polite, friendly, transparent and professional in recruiting than their US counterparts which is a mess. Nevertheless I don't know I got an indifferent(sic) vibe from the workplace environment and people working there. So, all the best to all other guys applying!
