Started the interview on February 2023. The first interview was online and then at Veldhoven. They asked me to present two things one of their choice and one of mine. Lasted 3h with 4 different people and the questions were quite hard. After that I had an assessment and then another interview with the GL which was smooth. (Around April). But...till the end of June they were calling saying that they were not sure where to allocate me although they are quite positive. Quite a bad a experience but the company is amazing after getting in.

I have interviewed with this company twice, and both recruiter screening calls were disappointing. The recruiters seemed disconnected from the technical aspects of the roles and focused almost entirely on checking boxes and aggressively pushing for a salary number. In one case, I was even told, "I don't want to waste time—just give me a number." In my experience, recruiter quality at other semiconductor companies is significantly better, with conversations centered on understanding a candidate's background, skills, and motivations. Here, the process felt transactional, and the compensation discussions were well below market rates. Fortunately, the hiring managers and engineering teams were professional, respectful, and much more engaging than the recruiting experience.
