ASML interview questions

The interview consists of 3 1:1 interviews. The first one is HR interview. The remain interviews are all Technical Interviews. The HR asks the reason that you select the company and your experience. The technical interviews is about their wafer procedure and how it works. They don't interested in what is you skill. They just want to find some one can follow their orders.

Two 1:1 interviews 1 hour each with project managers. Questions about previous work ('Describe your Ph.D. work as you want to sell it to me'). General HR-type questions like 'Where do you see yourself in 5 years', 'Why do you want to work at ASML and why at Customer Support department'. Almost no technical questions.
