Went through the interview process for 2 roles.
First one was 3 rounds not including screening calls with the recruiter. After the initial screening with the hiring manager, there was a panel interview with few engineers from the team. Then the final interview with the manager. It took months after which the recruiter responded back that they went ahead with someone else. I followed up a few times and each time they said they will get back to me. The panel interview seemed very unorganized. Very poor from my opinion for a company which wants to stand out as a leader in the industry.
Second time had an interview with the manager and then he said he will get back to me after couple of weeks. That never happened even after a follow up with the recruiter. Again very poor when the recruiter and manager portray how good the company is and their culture.
