ASML Systems Scientist interview questions

I was contacted by the recruiter of HR Talent Acquisition, then as she requested, I forwarded my recent CV and other supporting docs to her. In the midst of anxious waiting for nearly a week, I got her direct email reply as follows------ "Hi ***, I’m very impressed by the time you’ve taken to detail your experience as it aligns to the open role. May I ask if you are currently legally authorized to access controlled technology? "......that means this job position was posted only for US citizen or legal permanent resident.
