1st round was HR round in which he asked for my full introduction and then we had to wait for around 3hrs for second round, second round was final round with manager over the phone, as I was a female candidate so his major concern was that females face prblm for night shifts so I had to convince him for so long, then he came to professional questions.

Had initial screening with recruiter on phone. Details were then passed on to in house recruiter who decided date and time. This was confirmed, the time came, no call. They never called or emailed to explain- unprofessional. This lack of organisation and professionalism has turned me off them. Perhaps they are too big to stay on top of things.
