Accenture HR Analyst interview questions

First was a Telephonic Round from the Recruitment Team , Followed by 3 Levels of Face to Face Interview post which back end Team collected documents for verification. Once all the sufficient documents are intact . Recruiter was in touch with me for Salary Discussions. Followed by Offer Letter Roll out .

1. Got a call from the HR which led to an on-the-spot phone interview. The interview lasted for almost an hour and all of the questions were behavioral. 2. 1 week after the phone interview, I was called for another interview (this time with the team lead. 3. 2-3 weeks after my 2nd interview, I was called for my closing interview (From what I've read, the closing interview usually has the biggest gap since the schedule of the overall department head is very tight). 4. 1 week after my closing interview, I was called for a job offer
