The interview process is well organised from the first interview to the second interview and assessments. The assessment was conducted online due to the pandemic. It would have made a difference if it was conducted face to face.

I felt that the interview questions were more on competency rather than behavioural as we were told. As a result, I prepared for behavioural questions rather than competency questions. It was a good experience though.
