I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, ) in Apr 2016
Interview
I was a walk-in applicant in their recruitment center in Robinsons Forum. I took the test and was scheduled for an HR interview afterwards. Originally, I was supposed to have the interview the next day but I had to ask for them to reschedule it to the following week because I still have some school activities to attend to. They were kind enough to adjust the schedule.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
