I joined Accenture as a fresher . My interview with Accenture was off-campus interview,I had applied through Elitmus test.
There were two round of interview after you clear Elitmus test with a good score:
1.Technical Round
2.HR Round
Before these interview you need to go through the verification of required documents with Executives.
After document verification , you are all set for 1st round of interview.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
