I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Sep 2016
Interview
I have applied through college.first round was aptitude test.800 students were applied out of which 300 got into next round.next round was technical round were most of the questions were hr question.it depends on situation basically.Prepare for your aptitude very well that's the place where everyone make mistake.i have attended around 10 to 15 interview and i have found that the pattern for aptitude is same for it based company. overall it was good.
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.
