On campus interview process. I'm from a civil engineering background and the interview was totally an HR interview with no technical questions. The questions were mostly to test your personality and how well would you fit in a IT work culture.

Tell me about yourself and why do you want to get into the IT sector? Why not pursue a career in your core discipline?
Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
