I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Mysore) in Sep 2016
Interview
2 rounds
round 1:apti (3 parts quants, logical and verbal). logical was easy but verbal was quite difficult try to learn more and more synonyms and antonyms.
round 2:f2f group interview. 5 candidates and 2 panelists, no technical questions asked. just talk and talk valid.
for few groups they gave some topic and candidates were asked to talk about it for 2 minutes topics were like what will you do if you are invisible for next 24 hours, current trends etc..
Very fast paced. Questions were a mix of puzzles and consulting scenarios. Interviewed during Covid so everything was virtual. There was a 2-3 hr long OA ahead of the interview with detailed feedback. And interview itself was like a virtual super day with group interviews and solo rounds.
