HR call me for a job, then I proceed the portfolio with them, a month later I went to on site interview for a long session about project. I am able to skip most of the screening process because the portfolio i sent is detailed enough.

They ask that this project will requires multi skills than job position skill, and you need to maintain design with many people
Supportive process that involved 3 stages with the team ensuring your are well prepared to show your best skills. Have options to accommodate special considerations at the interview. Great opportunity and company as well

Demonstrate previous User centred design experience
The process starts with a resume and portfolio screening.
This is followed by an HR interview.
Next is a UX interview focused on portfolio and design process.
A design task may be included.
The final round is with a manager or design lead.

I was asked to walk through a UX project from my portfolio and explain the design decisions I made.
Process: Referral, screening call with recruiter, interview with 2 design managers (mix of behavioral and talking about past work). Reached out multiple times after interview with no response or update.
