Interview
1. Discussion with HR where company is presented and vision is explained. Personal questions regarding the candidate allowing HR represantitive to form the "people" perspective of the candidate
2. Cognity tests containing shapes and questions regarding which is the next step based on the already presented steps
3. Programming tests containing questions for C++, Java, SQL, VB .NET
4. Upon results from previous steps, interview is conducted with company managers where the most "technical" aspect of the candidate's is assessed
Good and user friendly. Easy and clear timeliness Provided by the HR. I did not face any challenges during the interview. Even their interview app is easy to use with good connectivity.
