Very bad. Candidates referred by employees are rarely selected. if selected also they will be put on hold untlll candidate id expires, then internally some one will refer and provide a new candidate id. this time candidate will be selected. I think there are some games played by HR team to get the referral bonus.

Depends on the interviewer. I got only few practical questions to check if i'm genuine. and to write 1-2 logic as code.

The first interview was with HR, and the second was technical in nature. Questions covered architecture, testing, and databases. The selection process was well-organized and efficient. It was a positive experience that left a good impression of both the staff and the company.

Standard interview with 1 round of aptitude and another round of behavioural.
It consisted questions on problem solving and basic numbers.
The interview was conducted in one day and result was declared the same day, Although joining was late.

What are the layers in TCP/IP.
It was good they haven't asked many questions but all questions they were of medium difficulty.so overall good experience however I didn't not get offer letter because they removed that job from their requirement.
