I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Bangkok) in Jul 2011
Interview
The company visited my university, so I had a chance to submit an application form directly to a HR personnel. A few weeks later, she called me for an interview. The first interview was with a HR personnel. The second one was with mid-level manager, and the last one was with one of the senior executives. The most important one would be the second interview when you would be asked more difficult questions and whether you want to join the solution workforce (which I selected to become a software engineer) or the consulting workforce (that you can become an analyst or consultant).

Question 1
Questions asked during the interview are not too difficult. Most of them can be expected like questions about your own strengths and weaknesses. The most difficult question would be the question about your achievement or failure, obstacles that you have faced, and how to overcome it. The interviewer seemed to try to assess your problem-solving ability, so try to demonstrate your analytical and problem-solving skills well during the interview.
The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.

Question 1
Asked me about my past experiences and work titles
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
The first interview was with HR, and the second was technical in nature. Questions covered architecture, testing, and databases. The selection process was well-organized and efficient. It was a positive experience that left a good impression of both the staff and the company.
