The interviewer focused on my project work, how I handled team conflicts, challenges faced, and the key differences in my projects. They also discussed my internship experience, extracurricular activities, and my least favorite subject. Overall, it was an insightful and well-structured interview
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
