I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in Dec 2017
Interview
Interview scheduling process took almost 2 months as one day out of blue i got a call from HR asking for F2F interview which i agreed considering it would be nice opportunity but nothing happens as any senior person with bunch of skills in latest and greatest technologies would expect to see.
1) They conducted telephone interview , if there was no F2F then they should not have called me there as i took whole day leave for this interview.
2) Recruiter was looking for some specific area only at technical level but i had so many new things to offer specially in Big data Analytics related stuff like Kafka, Spark, click stream analytics.
3) I am senior level person expecting recruiter would have lot of interest to know what i am doing but he asked me overall experience and just asked me what is Linear Regression and said i am done with interview.
4) its was very sad to see that no body had seen my resume before calling me.....they should not have short listed my profile as i felt they are looking for Developer level people and i am working as Solution Architect with lot of focus on research and development and consulting on all recent technologies which comes under data Analytics and AI.
