There were two rounds of interview, one with the recruitment lead and the other with the recruitment manager. The entire process was well communicated, explained and efficiently scheduled. The interview with the recruitment lead was to get to know my skills and qualifications whereas the one with the recruitment lead was to find out how I would add value to the role and the organisation.
