Accenture Recruiter interview questions

There were two rounds of interview, one with the recruitment lead and the other with the recruitment manager. The entire process was well communicated, explained and efficiently scheduled. The interview with the recruitment lead was to get to know my skills and qualifications whereas the one with the recruitment lead was to find out how I would add value to the role and the organisation.

Upon referral, I was interviewed by two recruiting leaders that equally provided insight into company culture and expectations around the client. These interviews occurred roughly over the course of a week and I was extended an offer shortly thereafter. There was a sense of urgency to accept, as Accenture tends to be very methodical and task driven.
