Passed the virtual quiz and made it to the first round. First round is not done by a consultant and you should focus almost entirely on soft skills and developing a relationship with the recruiter interviewing you.
The first screening was an informal 30 min chat about my background and Accenture. They asked about my experience, other offers, and why I am interested in Accenture. At the end the interviewer said I would likely move on to the next round, but I unfortunately was not.
There was an online application followed by a game module that I had to completed followed by a screening interview which was a phone call. The process overall was not too difficult.
