Accenture UX Designer interview questions

Questionnaire (takes about an hour) Pass that then you do 2 hours of workshops (6 min 20 mins workshops spread across the 2 hours) Pass that then you do another 1 hour interview with a case study

First part of the interview was with the head Designer who was great. However the second part of the interview was with the project manager who informed me that it was the first time that they worked with Ux designers and she had no idea what UX design is.
