Interview
Procedure went fast, people were friendly and asked challenging questions. The were very open about the current challenges the company faces. Salaries doens't seem to be highest in the market Overall very good impression and nice recruiting staff.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adyen in Jan 2022
Interview
Processo com 3 (três) entrevistas bem informais com algumas areas correlatas, sem painéis difíceis. Depois dessas agendas e com o passar de umas 3 semanas perguntaram quando poderia começar e simplesmente depois não deram mais feedback.

I applied online. I interviewed at Adyen (Amsterdam) in Sep 2022
Interview
Several rounds. First round with one person, low level. Friendly chit-chat about how "great" the company is. The second round is similar to the first, with two people low level as well. The third round is a case you have to prepare, where the questions go so specific, that if you have no experience in the industry it is close to impossible to answer. That is where it really shows, that the inclusivity and different backgrounds nonsense they try to sell is not true. You need to be highly knowledgable on the sector and the company, otherwise you have no chance. The feedback provided after was also proof of that. Not recommended.

Question 1
Very basic, often cliche questions, like why we should choose you, what are your weaknesses, why Adyen etc. But I suppose the level of their effort to show any interest in you and the quality of questions should not fool anybody, they expect fintech expert top-notch answers.
