Complete waste of time.
Applied for the Analyst/Senior Analyst (Business Intelligence) commercial finance position that would relocate me to Bangkok. Had to go through 3 rounds of the interview - Numeric test, one-one interview and case.
Was very confused when they made me present a case that is marketing based thus I had to ask HR why this is so. They then informed me that the finance position is closed off. Its outrageous that I had to prompt them on my own initiative to inform me of this especially so late in the interview process.
The salary offer range is ridiculously low, they expect to pay a fresh graduate pay for an experienced expat from Singapore who needs to relocate to a different country. This only works for young graduates who wishes to 'discover themselves' at the beaches of Thailand and not someone who needs to plan and save for the long term. Their 'logic' is that Thailand's cost of living is lower thus we should pay you lower. This is just gaslight nonsense as even expats would need to build up savings in their home country.. their linkedin job posting used key search terms like Google, Facebook and Amazon. If so, you should match their pay to be as competitive as theirs and don't even bother searching for hirers from Singapore if your offer is so ridiculously uncompetitive.
Save yourself the time and don't bother to apply. The effort and hurdles you need to cross for the compensation is simply not worth it.

Good interview process. The interviewer is very clear and eager to provide feedback after the end of interview. Questions are not to hard but you need to understand your experiences clearly before you answer.

I applied online in March'17. The whole interview process was very confusing. To start with they sent me an automated mail initially that they won't be going forward with my application. Then 2 weeks later I receive an email from HR stating that they would like to set up an interview with the Director of the team.
The first round of interview was with Director. He stated that this is not an interview but an informal chat to discuss about the role and my expectations. He then stated that I will need to complete and online assessment test before we connect later. The HR sent me the links for the test. It was multiple choice questions based aptitude test. After finishing those, I received a mail from the HR that I have passed the test and that they would like to schedule an interview with the Director with me again. On the day of the interview, the Director messaged me on Skype that he would send me a task and would like me to complete it and that I can take 1-2 days to finish it and we could schedule an interview later. I received no task details by the end of the day. The next day I messaged the HR and the Director if there was any issue. They said that he is not well and will get back to me later when he recovers.
After 2 weeks I received an email that the interview process has been changes and that there will be 3 rounds of interviews with 3 different people across the organisation.
The so called 1st round was with another Analyst in the team. The questions were related to my experience, my past jobs and a short case scenario. After 2 days I received an email that they would like to schedule the next round.
The 2nd round was with the head of Data science team. Again the questions were quite similar to my previous round.
The 3rd round was scheduled 1 month later with the Director of another team. I was told that he is very busy and they are not able to find free time in his calendar. The interview looked quite rushed. He did not know with whom I interviewed before. He asked me about my SQL knowledge, whereas in Job description it was not mentioned about the proficiency of SQL. He aslo asked me a puzzle. The kind of questions looked like what you would expect from a fresher with no experience.
After 3 days, I received an automated mail that they are going forward with another candidate.
I was quite disappointed with the duration of the process and the choice of interviewers. The whole process very poorly managed.
