They concentrated more on the CATIA tool rather than technical base. Need more preparation on the surface design cadre. Tool test is not more complex. If you know the know-how to do surfacing, then you can crack the interview.

I first had online tests and then a telephone interview with Human resources. and then in person with the Head of Department. The interviewers did not try to trip me up, but were genuinely interested in finding the right candidate for the job
