I got a Phone interview sheduled for 12:30pm but due to a few challenges I connected to the conference call by 12:32pm which was 2 mins late. The interviewer was mostly warm and friendly throughout the 1 hour interview. He politely advised he would be taken notes while I answer the questions.

why Amazon? Troubleshooting Fibre links? Troubleshooting copper connections? Types of SFPs Situational question: You and a colleague are troubleshooting a difficult customer fault, the customer is really keen on getting the fault resolved and your colleague is getting apprehensive while the customer is looking over his shoulder while he is troubleshooting the fault. How would you handle this situation? Networking questions? How would you plan installing Rack in a customer's Data Center?
