The interview process was basically the owner going over the job expectations and seeing if you're willing to give it a try. The job is not for everyone and it can be really demanding delivering with high expectations of perfection in the heat and rain.

They interview you at the warehouse. It was extremely easy. Basically all you have to do is pass a background check and they'll hire you. Paid training was shortly after, which took 3 days.
