I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Rialto, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Met with a manager one on one. Got asked 5 questions while they summarized your answer on a paper. Be very specific with your answers by naming a specific place and the situation and the outcome of your action. If they ask you to stay and get taken into another room you passed the interview and are onto the drug pee test, and signing papers. If they tell you they will call you in a few weeks then you were not chosen to move forward with the company.

I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Bathgate, Scotland)
Interview
No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
Agency, little contact, limited information, told never allowed to say no. Even if they are braking the rules, they dont like people pointing out issues, as because if they record them thats when they can get in trouble for it.
