After my resume was given to them through a fellowship program I am in, I received an email from one of their in-house recruiters with some follow up questions. I submitted these answers and then we set up a phone interview for the following day. The recruiter was very pleasant and ask some of the basic interview questions (see below), and then, seemingly satisfied that I would fit the job, asked me about any questions I might have. Once this was completed, he said he would be forwarding my name and information on to his manager and that they would like to set up another interview. There were a few things that I would have like a bit more information on that he, as a recruiter, wasn't exactly sure about, which is to be expected. I have them saved for the next round of questions.
