I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Chattanooga, TN)
Interview
First interview was 2 parts. Part 1 was behavioral questions and Part 2 was related to a situation they provided. Each part was with a different person and were 45 minutes long. If the first interview went well they would invite you to a second interview at one of the facilities and have another interview with a manager that had more situation based questions and behavioral questions as well. They make their decision after the 2nd interview.

Question 1
Business case was a work situation where tasks needed to completed (given constraints) and what steps you would take to get it done. i.e. move workers to different areas, allocate different resources, etc.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
