I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amazon (State College, PA) in Oct 2011
Interview
Two interviews in the same day on campus. One with a "Campus Recruiter," one with an Operations Manager from a nearby fulfillment center. Case study and labor allocation math problem. The offer was given less than 24 hours later.
Recruiter asked behavioral interview questions and didn't seem to actually have much information on the actual position itself.
Operations Manager reviewed case study and math portion and answered more specific questions.

Question 1
Nothing that wasn't posted on this website already.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
