I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Chattanooga, TN)
Interview
You are set-up for success in this process. The recruiters follow-up frequently via email and phone with all the information you need and help coach you with everything you need to be prepared for. The tour of the distribution is amazing. The software does almost everything. The dress code is really relaxed too which is nice. The compensation package is pretty impressive too.

Question 1
The match question can be tricky if you're not good with percentages. I had to manually hand jam it because it was a bit too early for my brain to work right but I got the right answer.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
