I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Made it to the phone interview. My interview was with two guys that had less experience than me. I have 7 years transportation experience with a Fortune 75 company to their 4 years of experience with a smaller company. They were Senior Program Managers with less experience. Interview was very easy and straightforward. I provided answers tailored to the leadership principles with data examples. Notified 7 hours later I did not advance to the next level somehow. Odd that I have more experience than those at a higher level, but oh well?

The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
