3 seperate managers will ask you 2 main questions each (totaling 6 questions) seperaely for 30 minuets each (1 hour 30 mins total) relating to the 12 Amazon leadership principles and how you have demonstrated that specific principle, using S.T.A.R format, within a practical example. S.T.A.R and Leadership Principles are the foundation of this company and are asked in every interview, regardless of position in the buisness. 2 interviews, each 30 minutes, sometimes taken by operations managers, Shift leads or even area managers (Depends on availability), not so hard interview, but this position is best when you have some experience in people handling and also previously worked in warehouse environment. Interview questions follows "Follow up question" method to know more about candidates ability. Sometimes overwhelming to make a desirable story on spot. So its better for the candidates who have experience and worked for longer years.
