Had an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. Then, there was a day of 5 separate interviews with relevant personnel from the program management team. The day with 5 different interviews was totally dedicated to the interview process.

Question 1
All questions were behavioral. The questions were in the format, "tell me a time [you encountered a problem] that [made you demonstrate some value]"
It was 5 round interview with 5 people ack to back. I was asked questions based on the Amazon's LP. It was smooth even though i was not selected. They have put a ban for 6 months, will try again after 6months next year.

O processo é super fluído e rápido. Inicia-se com um phone screen para entendimento de adequação cultural e requisitos básicos da role. Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
