Amazon has a unique interview process based on their Leadership Principles. The applicant will go through a series of interviews with different leadership members each with a focus on a different principle. All remarks will be reviewed by the full group prior to offer an applicant the position. Reminder for applicants to not embellish on their experience stories or repeat stories as they will be reviewed by the group.

Tell me about a time where you disagreed with your coworker/teammate/supervisor.
It was 5 round interview with 5 people ack to back. I was asked questions based on the Amazon's LP. It was smooth even though i was not selected. They have put a ban for 6 months, will try again after 6months next year.

O processo é super fluído e rápido. Inicia-se com um phone screen para entendimento de adequação cultural e requisitos básicos da role. Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
