Interview
Un premier test en ligne de logique et un peu de calcul.
Ensuite 3 entretiens en physique portant sur mes expériences passées et reliés aux leadership principles d'Amazon. Il est demandé de répondre en suivant la méthode STAR et en donnant des réponses chiffrées, ce qui est assez classique dans ce genre d'entreprise.

Donnez moi un exemple où vous avez non seulement atteint votre objectif mais vous l'avez largement dépassé ?
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

They asked about my worst retail shopping experience and how it could have been better
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
