3 interviews - one online assessment (45min), 1 call with a current area manager, and then a double interview with bar raisers.
The online assessment guaged mathematical skills and decision making capabilities.
The interviews were pretty standard, use the STAR format they talk about and be metric attainment focused

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
