Applied for the role a few months ago and was contacted by a recruiter ~2 months later to complete the online assessment. Following the OA I was contacted that I would be moving forward to the loop and completed it- it was super stressful and while I prepared the entire week leading up you just never know what the interviewers are going to be like as well as the questions (for example I don't recall getting ANY customer obsession LP questions)
Following the loop, I got an email that I could opt-in to the waitlist

Questions about each of the LP- a lot about conflict resolution and dealing with ambiguity
It was 5 round interview with 5 people ack to back. I was asked questions based on the Amazon's LP. It was smooth even though i was not selected. They have put a ban for 6 months, will try again after 6months next year.

O processo é super fluído e rápido. Inicia-se com um phone screen para entendimento de adequação cultural e requisitos básicos da role. Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
