What a horrible experience. This “senior manager” I met with was extremely unprofessional and rude. On a zoom call she asked me questions and while I answered she blew her nose, sucked snot with tons of background noise. Then more questions followed by someone talking to her while I was speaking.
Then she abruptly says ok HR will follow up with you. Seriously? This is how you treat people?
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They don’t deserve good people

It was 5 round interview with 5 people ack to back. I was asked questions based on the Amazon's LP. It was smooth even though i was not selected. They have put a ban for 6 months, will try again after 6months next year.

O processo é super fluído e rápido. Inicia-se com um phone screen para entendimento de adequação cultural e requisitos básicos da role. Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
