The process was chaotic from HR first email, to the actual job interview, up to last email from a different HR who wasn’t aware about my decision to withdraw my application.
I would say their mentality was rather dull, with no previous preparation, like the 3 people I’ve interacted with were forced to do something they didn’t like.
I’ve never had such an experience in ~15 years.

Question 1
The questions were from their preparation materials, without any customization, and very focused on quantitative, measurable results.
It could have been an online form, or addressed by a robot.
It was 5 round interview with 5 people ack to back. I was asked questions based on the Amazon's LP. It was smooth even though i was not selected. They have put a ban for 6 months, will try again after 6months next year.

O processo é super fluído e rápido. Inicia-se com um phone screen para entendimento de adequação cultural e requisitos básicos da role. Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
