I received an email with detailed instructions for a virtual interview over Chime. They also sent information about the STAR method for interview questions. They also included information about their Leadership Principles. I had a 3 hour interview with 3 separate interviewers. All asked 2-3 in-depth questions.

Talk about a time when you received critical feedback. What was it and what did you do about it?
It was 5 round interview with 5 people ack to back. I was asked questions based on the Amazon's LP. It was smooth even though i was not selected. They have put a ban for 6 months, will try again after 6months next year.

O processo é super fluído e rápido. Inicia-se com um phone screen para entendimento de adequação cultural e requisitos básicos da role. Após isso passa para um loop com 4 ou 5 entrevistadores onde no geral se pedem cases ligados ao principios da Amazon. Após essa fase já existe um comitê decidindo pela offer ou não.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
